Update on Angela Launder

Spoke to Angie the other day and she is still suffering some pain. She is back to work by bus and will take the odd day off to help recuperation. She has had an MRI scan which shows no ligament breakage or serious tearing but its still sore and she needs to take it easy. Her plans for future trips are still in tact but it will be a least 2 weeks before she attempts to ride her bike if not longer, she will be guided by Dr./Physio. We wish her well but she says she is not yet ready to receive visitors.
